| Assochange, Associazione Italiana di Change Management, is an Italian association dedicated to Change Management.
Assochange is a non-profit association, established at the end of 2003 and is the main italian focal point for corporations, institutions, universities, government agencies, professionals and students interested in Change Management and Organizational Change.
ASSOCHANGE members are large and medium size Italian organizations such as: Amadori-Gesco, CUIQ Pisa, Ducati, EMAK, IBM, Isagro, ISVOR, Iveco, Profingest, Snaidero, Unisys, Universitą di Bergamo.
The mission of Assochange is to promote and communicate Change Management concepts and models and to support Italian Subject Matter Experts in this discipline by:
- creating a network among firms, institutions, universities and government agencies interested in Change Management;
- collecting case studies and "best practices" for change management models, tools and methodologies;
- organising public events dedicated to Change Management;
- maintaining a bibliography dedicated to CM themes for students and everyone interested in CM concepts
Through its web site (www.assochange.it), Assochange will promote its activities and be the focal point on world wide web for Italy and harness the communication of the association.
